  • Once you know which bank is having Aadhar Seva Kendra, just visit the branch with supported documents which are required to apply for Aadhar by clicking here.
  • Take photocopies of supported documents and self-attest on those copies.
  • Walk in to the bank where Aadhar Kendra Seva is present with original and photocopies of the documents.
  • Request for Aadhar Enrolment Application Form at the Bank, and fill in all details asked in the form in block letters.
  • Enclose the photocopies of the documents to the Aadhar Enrolment Application Form and submit it to the Aadhar Seva Kendra at Bank.
  • The operator may ask you for original documents for verification and return you once verified.
  • Once you submit your form with photocopies of the documents, the operator will feed in all your details which you had filled in the form.
  • You will have to check if Operator is making any mistakes while entering the data in the software. If he is making any mistakes, just request him to correct it straight away.
  • Next your biometric details will be captured like fingerprints, iris and facial photograph.
  • Once this is done you will be given Aadhar Enrolment Receipt.
  • You will receive your Aadhar Card at your door step in next 3 to 4 months.
