How to Update Aadhaar Number with SBI Life Insurance

As per Government of India instructions all Insurance Policy Holders are requested to update their Aadhaar and PAN with their respective Insurance Policy. Those who skip linking Aadhaar and PAN with their Insurance Policy will find their Insurance Policy Blocked until you update your Aadhaar and PAN.

For the convenience of the customers SBI Life Insurance has enabled various options to link Aadhaar and PAN with Policy. Here we have tried to explain every method available through which you can update Aadhaar and PAN with SBI Life Insurance.

How to Update Aadhaar Number with SBI Life Insurance Online
  • To link Aadhaar Number and PAN with your SBI Life Insurance Policy make sure you have your Aadhaar Number, PAN, and Policy Number.

How to Update Aadhaar Number with SBI Life Insurance
  • Enter your policy number, date of birth and click on submit button.
  • On next page you will have to enter your Aadhaar and PAN.
  • Just click on verify button and you will receive one time password on your Aadhaar registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP and click on submit button.
  • This is how you can update your PAN and Aadhaar with SBI Life Insurance Policy.

How to Update Aadhaar Number with SBI Life Insurance Offline
  • To update Aadhaar and PAN with SBI Life Insurance Offline make your Aadhaar, PAN and Policy Details ready.
  • Walk in to nearest SBI Life Insurance Branch.
  • Request Aadhaar and PAN linking form, from the branch.
  • Fill up complete details asked in the form and attach photocopies of your Aadhaar and PAN.
  • Submit the form with documents to the branch.
  • Your Aadhaar and PAN will get updated with your Insurance Policy once successful verification by bank.
